We took a two-hour swamp tour before lunch and our drive back to the Houston airport.

I'd never seen a swamp. It was quite different from what I'd expected, and beautiful.

ReplyDeleteI think swamps are intriguing...you know, most eerie movies were made in swamps and I have those in my head! I think I'll visit during the day light hours :)

Great pictures! I have never been to a swamp either and I do have some preconceived ideas about what it might be like. Your photographs made me want to visit though. Thanks for opening my mind to the possibility!
ReplyDeleteSwamps can be beautiful and intriguing. We lived in Louisiana for two years when our children were little. It's a unique culture.
